My set of keys and alarm remote were stolen. I’m currently using the spares. Can I re-key my car doors & ignition? Can a locksmith do this or should I call the dealer? I have a ’99 Mazda 626.

Yes – a locksmith can do this.
the dealer would charge a lot more – I am pretty sure
