How Much Would It Cost To Add Power Locks & Keyless Remote Entry To A 2007 Chevy Aveo?
3 Comments | Posted by admin in Lock
I just bought my car, and it was a steal for only $7,000. The only problem is that I have no power locks or windows, I can live without the windows but, I just dont like having to unlock my passenger’s doors all the time. I really do love my car, and it’s my first one, so I’m already attached.
Also, I couldn’t afford power locks or windows, but I might be able to manage adding them. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps!!

2-door? About a hundred bucks for power locks / remote entry, add in more for any additional materials you may need (Especially surface-mounted switches). You’ll need to run wiring across the entire car.
For power windows, you’re actually best off going to the junkyard and HOPING there’s a Malibu with power windows that you can get the assembly (or entire door) from. Windows aren’t easy to get at.

about 100 bucks at audio obsession or boomer mccloud

I agree with what was already said. I’d like to just add that you can have it installed at a car audio shop. Usually they know how to do stuff like that. Good luck.
