How Much Would It Cost To Get A Safe Re-keyed And The Combination Reset?

I don’t know what type of locks are used, nor do I know how to find the model number to look it up. All I know is that it’s a green, 22.5″x18″x18″ safe with a key and a combination that I found by the dumpster.

Take it to a locksmith, he/she should be able to give an estimate, as well as help determine whether it is worthwhile to do.
call a lock smith, , probley more than what the safe is worth,
